Recently I have started to build up my work shop and have made a good start in making quality wood craft projects with an aim to demonstrate to the public what I can do.
Wood crafts has not only been my working life but also my hobby. It is said that for real passion to show through your work you will need to love doing it. I find with my wood crafts and Antique furniture restoration work, that this is true.

Love your site and really enjoyed looking around. One question, you mention that it is possible to buy small cock beading for renovation purposes. I have been looking for some “D”-shaped cock beading to renovate an old desk, it only measures about 4mm across the flat, where do you get it???
Hey Karl. Thanks for asking that question. And I know exactly what you mean as way back in the 80′s I used to use it when renovating furniture. But since coming back to this restoration game and trying to sorce materials (such as the D shape cock bead) I am absolutely amazed as to how differcult it is to get hold of this. I have spent ages on line in the past, trying to get it. Now that you have asked the question again I tried again….. and still cant get anywhere, however – I do remember finding that there is somewhere that sold it but neglected to bookmark it. Stupid me. I will continue to keep an eye out for you Karl, as I know at some point I too will have need of it as well. Are you in the uk? As I may just know of a place that may do it.let me know and I shall try and see for you. Good luck in the mean time

Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point.
You obviously know what youre talking about, why throw away
your intelligence on just posting videos to your site when you could be giving us something informative to read?
You may say that but not everyone would agree. For many reasons. Not so long ago, someone posted saying that video speaks a thousand words. This is true as I do have a lot to say at times. which would take ages for me to lay down on paper. I used to write loads but found this to be 1. very time consuming, 2.Not everyone has the time to read reams of text, 3. my audience would get bored very quickly. 4. Plus I have the opportunity to get paid a little for the views of my videos. I have to admit, it can get a bit sole destroying when you type so much and nobody reads it. I am also a very busy man and do not always have the time to be posting anything these days. But I do what I can. With this said, you are right to point out that there has been a lot more videos posted these day instead of writing and I would agree that a balance has to be kept. And I do try.

Hi, I finally found the cock beading I have been looking for, though I cannot get it in the UK, I have to send for it from the US. It isn’t cheap but it is possible to get it in different sizes and is available on ebay. The sellers shop on ebay is located at http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Manchester-Dollhouse-and-Wood-Works?_trksid=p2047675.l2563. I have actually obtained some and it is perfect with super fast delivery.
